Diagnosis:

Examination of the Spine should be done as follow:

1. Tissue drag on the opposite side of the vertebral spine using index finger and middle finger or the two
   • Check for single vertebrae or groups of vertebrae which may be laterally deviated.
   • Check for decreased kyphosis/flattening of Thoracic spine and increased lordosis for Cervical and Lumbar spine.
